Return and Refund Policy

Overview:
We will exchange, replace, or provide a full refund (less any courier and/or handling fees) within the first 14 calendar days of purchase.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened Items:
If you've opened the product, you can return it at your own cost in original condition. A handling and restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Starting a Return:
Contact us at sales@cellsupplysa.co.za. Upon approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If you find any defects or issues, please contact us at sales@cellsupplysa.co.za.

Exchanges:
To ensure you get the item you want, return the current item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
