Order Processing

  • Upon placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing during our regular business hours (8:00 - 17:00).
  • Customized or special orders may have longer processing times; you will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience. Cell Supply SA outsources delivery services to courier companies including, but not limited to, The Courier Guy, Aramex, and RAM.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the method selected, destination, and package weight and dimensions.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Regional Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Deliveries typically occur between 8 am and 5 pm on business days. After-hours and weekend delivery can be arranged upon request; the customer is liable for any additional charges.

Note: Orders must be delivered to a physical address; we cannot ship to PO boxes. Delivery is not available to:

  • Embassies
  • Hotels
  • Airports
  • Harbors
  • Select chain/retail stores
  • Farms
  • Mines
  • Government buildings
  • Locations outside South Africa

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
  • For questions about tracking, please contact our customer support team at sales@cellsupplysa.co.za.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on the chosen method and location. Review your order summary for accurate shipping costs.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information or other issues, additional shipping fees may apply.
